Programme Overview
The Certificate in Human Resources Management introduces learners to the practical principles of managing people in the workplace. The programme covers recruitment, selection, employee relations, HR administration, workplace communication, organisational behaviour, training, performance management, labour law, payroll basics, ethics, diversity, and inclusion.
In Trimester 1, learners build foundations in HR management, recruitment, workplace communication, employee relations, records management, and team performance. In Trimester 2, the programme advances into training and development, performance appraisal, employment relations, compensation, benefits, payroll basics, ethics, diversity, and inclusion.
Entry Requirements
A minimum of 3 Ordinary Level passes or recognised prior learning, workplace experience, administration experience, supervisory experience, or experience in people-related roles.
