Programme Overview
The Certificate in Business Management is designed to introduce learners to the principles, practices, and professional skills required in modern business environments. The programme develops understanding in management practice, business communication, financial foundations, organisational behaviour, performance, operations, strategy, leadership, governance, innovation, and decision making.
In Trimester 1, learners build foundational knowledge in management practice, communication, financial management, organisational performance, and quantitative business methods. In Trimester 2, the programme advances into operations management, strategic leadership, corporate governance, innovation, change management, and decision analysis.
Entry Requirements
A minimum of 3 Ordinary Level passes or recognised prior learning or workplace experience in business, administration, supervision, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
